Quality Technician Specialist

You actively participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, while providing support for the control of parts produced internally and by suppliers. You also ensure a backup role for the Team Leader QCO mechanical. CDI - 100% rate Quality Technician Specialist • CFC in mechanics mandatory: polymechanic, industrial designer or equivalent training • Confirmed experience in mechanics, machining, assembly or similar industrial environment • Good knowledge of quality control, non-conformity management and problem solving • Mastery of measurement tools and quality control techniques, including 3D programming and conventional measurement means • Ease in reading technical drawings and analyzing complex technical situations • Good mastery of MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP, quality software or measurement management, an advantage • Mastery of French and knowledge of English • Rigorous, precise, autonomous, logical person capable of managing priorities in a charged situation • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, curiosity and continuous improvement-oriented posture • Control of parts manufactured internally and by suppliers, with choice and use of adapted measurement means • Analysis and application of control plans, with participation in the implementation of new plans if necessary • Management of non-conformities, from identification to implementation of corrective and preventive actions • Research of potential causes and roots of quality problems and proposal of sustainable solutions • Support for measurement management: maintenance, calibration, periodicity and evaluation of external service providers • Active collaboration with the machining, assembly, methods, technical office and purchasing departments • Ensuring compliance with applicable quality, regulatory and normative requirements for internal processes • Replacement of the Team Leader during their absences for the daily management of QCO mechanical activities We offer • A modern, agile, multicultural and dynamic technical environment, favoring team work • A position offering progression possibilities and attention to continuous training • A balance between private and professional life
