Quality assurance officer M/F

Your mission
-----------------

A true quality ambassador in the field, you support operational teams in the application of quality standards, the management of non-conformities, and the deployment of continuous improvement processes.

• Guarantee compliance with GMP/BPF in the field.
• Promote the quality culture among the teams.
• Ensure the delivery of GMP training and raise employee awareness of good practices.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to improving the site's compliance level.

Management of deviations and complaints

• Coordinate the processing of quality complaints and non-conformities.
• Lead or facilitate root cause analyses.
• Define, monitor, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

• Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Perform and review risk analyses.
• Support Supply Chain and Maintenance teams in their quality processes.

Audits & Change Management

• Coordinate internal audit programs.
• Ensure the monitoring of change management processes.
• Train and support new employees on quality and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

Education

• University degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Science, Food Industry, or an equivalent field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industrial environment.
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and EFfCI standards.
• Experience in conducting or participating in internal audits.

Technical skills

• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPF).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher standards.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools and computerized management systems.
• Green Belt certification or experience in continuous improvement: an asset.

Languages

• Fluent French.
• English level B2.
