Your tasks ### • You accompany children, adolescents, and adults through the night and contribute to them feeling safe and secure. • To ensure a restful night's sleep, you create a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. • You provide comprehensive care by supporting medical and therapeutic concerns. • You carry out the monitoring and documentation of your work according to the required quality standards. • Through close cooperation with the day shift, you ensure 24-hour care. Your profile ### • You have completed training as a health or care specialist (EFZ) or are a care specialist (BP, HF/FH). • Working with children, adolescents, and adults is a pleasure for you, and thanks to your creative solution approaches, you can react flexibly to different situations. • You appreciate independent work during the night and are happy to take on responsibility. • We are looking for an open and motivated personality who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary environment. • You look forward to becoming an integral part of an empathetic, appreciative team and bring a pinch of humor with you.
