Job description
Your Responsibilities:
Advise customers and actively sell our products (Swatch, Bijoux, sunglasses and Flik Flak)
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and a warm welcome
Ensure an attractive presentation of our products in the store
Operate the cash register and handle daily cash balancing
Perform minor watch services, including battery and strap replacements
Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including window displays, sales areas and furniture
Receive deliveries and help unpack and restock products
Profile
Completed retail apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
Previous sales experience, ideally in the watch, jewellery or lifestyle industry
Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Professional requirements
We are looking for an experienced, multilingual and customer\-oriented Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working with a high level of flexibility, resilience and personal responsibility.
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our international team, delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and contributing to the success of our Swatch Stores. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are considered an asset
