The Component Manufacturing

In our largest department, around 55 dedicated employees do their best every day. They supply the production chain with custom, high-quality front parts. During regular shopfloor meetings, in addition to the flow of information, fun is never neglected. Despite demanding 2-shift operation, a very collegial atmosphere prevails during the daily Znüni-Kafi.

Your Role

In this responsible function, you are close to the employees and take on a key role in component manufacturing. As Deputy Head of Component Manufacturing, you represent your department manager during their absence. With passion, joy in leadership, and a strong hands-on mentality, you roll up your sleeves and act pragmatically as well as efficiently. Thanks to your networked and entrepreneurial thinking, you maintain an overview even in a complex production environment. The activity takes place in day shift.

Your task as a leader in our team

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as development of approx. 15-20 employees in 2-shift operation
• Organization and ensuring of efficient and uninterrupted production
• Ensuring of safety and quality standards
• Continuous optimization of production and work processes (KVP)
• Creation and regular revision of work instructions and internal process documents
• Planning and implementation of employee training
• Substitution of the department manager in their absence, including leadership of around 60 employees
• Active participation in projects

You have completed the following educational path

• Completed basic technical training as a machine operator, polymechanic, or similar
• Proven leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Further training as a leadership specialist, process specialist, technical merchant, or comparable
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• High process orientation as well as structured thinking abilities
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in wood processing
• Flawless German skills in speaking and writing
