Your Task ##

• Independent organization and processing of international export shipments by air, sea, and road
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal compliance guidelines
• Independent processing of letters of credit as well as execution of documentary collections
• Active maintenance and support of international customer relationships, both in writing and by telephone
• Creation of invoices, credit notes, and other export-relevant documents

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training as well as a recognized further education in the export or foreign trade sector
• Several years of professional experience in international export business
• Proficient handling of ERP systems, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics
• Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills such as French are a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong team spirit and initiative
