You make an active contribution to the understanding and implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and base your daily actions on it. As a leader, you participate in management meetings and management events and ensure a transparent, goal-oriented flow of information internally and externally. This is what you bring with you You have an HF or FH degree in the psychiatric field and broad experience in the professional field and in leadership.
