Tasks ## • You carry out inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting work on heat and cold supply systems reliably and competently. • Together with your team, you ensure a reliable heat and cold supply for our contracting customers in the city of Zürich. • You complete tasks successfully and ensure that everything is precisely documented. • In the event of troubleshooting, you act quickly and take the necessary measures. • You proactively identify technical optimization potential and opportunities for energy savings. Profile ## • You have several years of experience in building technology and ideally further training in the field of maintenance. • Your strength lies in a solution- and goal-oriented way of working, combined with a high customer and team orientation. • Handling MSRL systems and good PC skills are part of your repertoire. • You are willing to take responsibility for our systems in on-call duty and have a category B driver's license in your pocket. • Commitment and sustainability are part of your DNA.
