Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41905 Published on 12/08/2026 Permanent employment - Rate 80 to 100% Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Develop and animate the Integrated Management System (IMS) in order to support process efficiency and the continuous improvement of company practices • Ensure control of the system documentation and ensure the consistent update of processes, procedures, instructions and associated records • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) in order to support the continuous improvement of overall performance • Plan, prepare and conduct internal IMS audits, then ensure the follow-up of findings and associated action plans • Drive preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its application across different departments Advantages • A position of responsibility within a structured and demanding industrial environment • A transversal role allowing interaction with several departments and direct contribution to continuous improvement • Attractive conditions and a framework promoting autonomy and initiative Profile ### • Higher technical education completed by a specialization in quality management, for example TQ3 or training deemed equivalent • Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 = an asset • Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interlocutors • Experience in a comparable function, ideally within an industrial environment • Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy and ease in the monitoring and improvement of structured processes Integrated Management System Manager / Permanent
