Team Leader Roads

In this role, you will build a team for the overall project management of major arterial and high-performance roads and lead it technically and economically.

Tasks

• Assemble project teams and lead them technically and organizationally
• Take responsibility for the economic success of the projects
• Professionally manage complex contracts
• Maintain close contact with customers as a contact person and participate in acquisition
• Maintain exchange with authorities and further develop services
• Take over overall project management for the construction and maintenance of transport routes
• Advise and accompany pilot projects for BIM in infrastructure construction

Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering
• Several years of experience as a project manager with references in the infrastructure sector
• Understanding of economic contexts
• Experience in leading teams
• Confident appearance in customer contact
• Very good oral and written German skills
