YOUR ROLE Business Analyst PLM Windchill: starting from September 2026 for a long-term mission (at least one year), depending on the profile sought: Profile sought: As a member of a human-sized team, you will bring your skills in analyzing the needs for the evolution of the current PLM Windchill system to adapt to the technical and functional evolutions brought by the ERP system evolution project. This solution will notably impact the ERP creation, modification, and publication processes of Products (Bills of Materials) and Processes (Operating Routings). As the PLM functional referent on Windchill tools (notably PDMLink, MPMLink, and ESI), you will be a specialist capable of providing solutions, specifying them, and testing them in compliance with the milestones of the ERP evolution project. Missions: • Collect technical and functional evolution needs, compare them with current and future user methodologies, and translate them into functional specifications • Work in a team with the development team to converge on the most efficient solutions (Agile methodology, use of JIRA and Confluence tools) • Elaborate and perform functional tests before delivering a solution to end users • Work on the cross-functional coordination of activities with other impacted departments (PLM Development, ERP, MES, Infrastructure) The chosen person will have the chance to evolve in a high-level environment and work on very instructive solutions at the cutting edge of expertise. We are looking for a university graduate with proven experience in a similar position in the industrial or avionics field. You possess perfect functional mastery of the PTC Windchill solution and master the MPMLink and PDMLink modules. Knowledge of other modules (ESI) would be a plus. Comfortable with ERP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) environments, developed skills in SAP would represent a valuable asset.
