Tasks

• Planning, implementation and documentation of process trials and prototype production as well as transfer and commissioning
• Leading new technologies, facilities, equipment and processes into series production
• Technical support in the areas of development and manufacturing regarding manufacturability of component design
• Creation and maintenance of production documentation
• Optimization of workflows and process environments towards quality and efficiency while observing time and cost specifications
• Creation and maintenance of test plans
• Processing of quality reports as well as preparation of technical offer packages for external manufacturing

Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing technology or training as a designer including further education in the field of manufacturing processes at HF/FH level
• Good CAD, SAP as well as MS Office knowledge
• Holistic, organizational and process knowledge as well as a mature mindset in the manufacturing environment
• Initial experience in topics related to Industry 4.0 as well as Lean Manufacturing
• Very good German and communicative English skills
• Strong communication, flexible and proactive personality with a structured and analytical working methodology
