Certified Nursing Professional HF (60 - 80 %) Psychiatry in the Canton of Bern. Are you looking for a task in nursing where you really make a difference and your empathy makes a difference every day? In this role, you accompany women on their way out of addiction and in coping with eating disorders. Your commitment gives these women a new perspective and contributes directly to them finding their way back to a self-determined life with strength. The tasks at our partner clinic • You take over the professional, addiction- and eating disorder-specific nursing and accompaniment of the patients in everyday life. • As a reference person, you form the core team for individual care together with the case-leading psychologist. • You actively observe, document, and reflect on the course of treatment. • In demanding situations, you react professionally and take over crisis management. • You work closely and transparently with other professional groups and accompany students and interns on their learning path. Qualifications What you bring with you • A completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH (ideally with a focus on psychiatry or somatics). • Initial experience in the field of addiction or eating disorders is a plus, but not a must. • You are a team player with clear, open communication and a structured way of working. • Initiative, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility characterize you. • Talents with an equivalent diploma from the EU/EFTA area are also very welcome, provided that SRK recognition is available or the process is already underway.
