As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Cook in a medical environment (M/F/D) for several healthcare establishments in the canton of Fribourg.

Job Description ##

• Prepare and plate meals adapted to different dietary regimes.
• Respect dietary prescriptions and technical sheets.
• Guarantee a constant quality of culinary preparations.
• Rigorously apply HACCP hygiene standards.
• Participate in the reception and control of goods.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, care, and dietitian teams.
• Ensure compliance with the establishment's procedures and quality standards.

We expect ##

• CFC as a cook, ideally supplemented by a CFC as a cook in dietetics, or solid experience in medicalized cuisine (hospital, clinic, EMS, or specialized institution).
• Excellent knowledge of therapeutic dietary regimes and nutritional constraints.
• Confirmed experience in collective catering.
• Good resistance to stress and sense of organization.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Very good command of French.
• Flexible regarding hours (continuous service, weekends, and public holidays according to schedule).
