In our administration, we have a fascinating position to fill from September 1st, 2026, or by agreement: Communication Specialist (60%) You will participate with us: ## • Responsibility for creating our parish pages in « reformiert.lokal », as well as in the local newspaper « Kilchberger », including coordination with the printing company and the graphic designer • Editorial planning, including conducting editorial meetings, communication of our parish (printed and online) • Content production: research, creation, and preparation of texts (online and printed), visual material, and videos • Responsibility, maintenance, and development of our website (WordPress) and our IT infrastructure as well as our newsletter • Management of social media channels • Creation of flyers and posters for the various offers of our parish • Collaboration in administration for counter and telephone service, organization of mailings • Organization and participation in the planning, preparation, and implementation of major parish events You bring: ## • Proven training or professional experience in the field of communication • Creative, multimedia, committed, service-oriented, resilient, and structured personality • Good knowledge of image and video processing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud) and WordPress • Impeccable command of German spoken and written • Experience in the field of publishing and content management • Availability to work mainly on site on fixed days • Availability for evening and weekend interventions We offer: ## • A meaningful and dynamic job in a motivated team • A lot of creative freedom, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making paths • Attractive employment conditions, excellent social benefits • A modern workplace in a spacious building, with a very good connection to public transport, or a parking space Additional information about the position ### For any questions, please contact Ursula Hänni, administrative manager, +41 44 715 44 01 (Tue, Wed, Fri) Submit an application ### Reformed Church of Kilchberg Ursula Hänni bewerbung@refkilch.ch
