As part of a confidential recruitment mandate, we are looking for an experienced 360° Property Manager to take over the management of a portfolio composed mainly of private owners (residential buildings and some commercial surfaces) in the Canton of Vaud.

Missions
Complete and autonomous management of a real estate portfolio.
Management of relations with owners, tenants, and partner companies.
Administrative follow-up of leases, amendments, terminations, and relocations.
Organization and execution of property inspections.
Management of claims, maintenance, and renovation work.
Control of invoices and monitoring of maintenance budgets.
Advice and support for owners in the enhancement of their assets.
Guarantee of proactive, professional, and careful communication with all interlocutors.
Candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar role MANDATORY.
Solid knowledge of Swiss lease law.
Federal Diploma of property manager, an asset.
Proven experience in the autonomous management of a residential and commercial portfolio.
Proactive and solution-oriented personality.
Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
Diligent, autonomous, benevolent, and reliable person.
