Your task:

Strategy & Growth

• You have the overall operational responsibility for Predata AG
• As CEO, you continuously develop the corporate strategy together with the Board of Directors and implement it successfully
• You recognize technological and economic market opportunities, open up new business fields, and win forward-looking customer projects

Leadership & Team

• In doing so, you head the executive management and lead the management team (Head of Development, Head of Support)
• You ensure the continuous development of the team of around 15 specialists

Furthermore

• you represent Predata AG to customers and are in regular exchange with company representatives
• you recognize the market potential for the products of Predata AG
• you drive the digitalization and innovation of the products and the company
• you bear the financial responsibility for the budget, investments, and the result

Your profile:

• You bring experience in a comparable position (e.g., as CEO, CTO, or Head of Software Development) and demonstrable successes, ideally in an SME
• You have proven leadership experience across several levels
• You have sound professional experience in IT product/software development – on both a strategic and operational level
• You bring demonstrable experience in the sale of software solutions, marketing, customer care, and project management
• Not less important: you can demonstrate experience in finance, controlling, and HR
• Experience in a comparable environment is an advantage
• You have very good German language skills (at least level C1). French and/or Italian language skills are desirable
