Multitechnical facility management agent - 100% ## Your Action Rapporteur to the Deputy Direction of Transversal Services, you ensure the maintenance, security, and proper functioning of the premises, equipment, and the Foundation's vehicle fleet. A field person, autonomous and reactive, you directly carry out routine maintenance work and coordinate interventions entrusted to external service providers. Your responsibilities and activities: • Carry out level 1 and 2 maintenance and upkeep work. • Regularly check the condition of installations and identify anomalies. • Perform necessary cleaning, restoration, and routine maintenance work. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the interventions of external service providers. • Ensure the follow-up of furniture, tools, equipment, and stocks. • Organize logistical needs and internal moves. • Ensure the good condition, maintenance, and compliance of the vehicle fleet. • Manage keys, means of access, and the monitoring of alarm systems. • Process requests via the ticketing tool and guarantee the traceability of interventions. • Immediately report any situation presenting a risk to people, property, or installations. Your Profile: • CFC facility management agent or equivalent technical training. • Proven experience in building maintenance. • Ability to intervene autonomously in a multitechnical environment. • Experience in the coordination and monitoring of external service providers. • Practical sense, rigor, reliability, and strong solution orientation. • Ability to prioritize requests and manage emergencies. • Proficiency with IT monitoring tools. • Category B driving license indispensable. The function occasionally involves carrying loads, working outdoors, and interventions outside of usual hours.
