Quality Manager

For our client, we are looking for a Quality Manager. The internationally active family business is a leading provider of industrial connection technology and develops innovative solutions for various application areas. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You support and accompany the product development team in all relevant quality matters
• You are responsible for the conception, coordination, and realization of quality planning during product development up to the introduction of serial-ready products
• You contribute your expertise to risk analyses and FMEAs, moderate design and process FMEAs, and ensure the timely implementation of the defined measures
• You independently develop and create testing concepts and associated specifications for products and processes
• For smooth serial production, you take over the acceptance and commissioning of testing equipment and demonstrate its suitability
• As a consulting authority in quality matters, you support interdisciplinary project teams as well as the development department at the location

You offer your new employer:

• A technical basic education as well as further training as an engineer HF/FH or a comparable qualification
• You can demonstrate several years of experience in quality management or in a comparable function
• Know-how in statistical methods as well as in risk analysis and assessment (FMEA, FPM, DRBFM) distinguishes you
• Occasional business trips within the European supplier and production network (10 %) are a matter of course for you
• You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
