What awaits you? ##

During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations:

• Receiving and directing bank customers
• Advising bank customers
• Supporting bank customers via digital channels
• Assisting in customer advisory
• Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either as an EFZ extended basic education or with a Berufsmaturität.

• Completed Bezirksschule with good to very good performance
• Very good German skills, proficient orally and in writing
• Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages

• Completed Sekundarschule A with good to very good performance

• Very good German skills, proficient orally and in writing
• Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages
