In close exchange with female doctors, male doctors and nursing specialists, you maintain an overview of appointments, documentation and organizational tasks. With your structured way of working, you contribute to ensuring that the treatment team can concentrate on the optimal care of female patients and male patients. The position is available immediately or by arrangement. Ward-MPA Surgery 80-100% Your tasks You accompany rounds and carefully record relevant information. You document progress, prescriptions and registrations completely and in a timely manner. You coordinate discharges and prepare the associated documents for a smooth transition. You answer telephone inquiries and forward them to the responsible departments. You schedule appointments and report consultations, X-ray examinations as well as therapies to internal and external departments. You are the administrative contact point for nursing and support the team in everyday ward life. You participate in quality measures, reports and studies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Your profile You have completed training as an MPA EFZ. With a foreign qualification, you have Swiss recognition. You bring initial professional experience as an MPA, in outpatient clinic assistance or in a comparable function. You organize your work in a structured manner and set priorities reliably. You remain flexible when processes change at short notice. You communicate in a friendly and binding manner with female doctors, male doctors, nursing specialists as well as internal and external departments.
