Direct reporting to the CEO As a SME specialized in traceability since 1998, we develop our own software integrating different IoT technologies. Our mission is to meet the business needs of our clients in the fields of health, banks & administration, luxury and pharma at all levels of their supply chain by offering them complete and personalized solutions. Your mission You are in charge of the current accounting and administrative management of the company in a demanding, pragmatic and evolving SME environment. You work autonomously, with a good sense of priorities, while bringing rigor, reliability and a modern approach to tools and processes. Main tasks • Processing of supplier invoices and payment tracking • Processing of customer invoices and associated administrative follow-up • Entry and control of common accounting entries • Participation in periodic and annual account closures • Establishment of concise and reliable reports for the management • Management of HR administrative aspects: entries/exits, administrative follow-up of employees, coordination of elements necessary for salaries, social charges and usual procedures • Monitoring of Swiss administrative obligations, in particular VAT and usual personnel documents • Contribution to the continuous improvement of working methods and to an efficient use of our ERP Odoo. Sought profile • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting function, ideally in a SME • Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting rules • Very good autonomy in managing daily tasks • Mastery of basic computer tools.
