Depending on your profile, your mission will consist of: • Performing basic care and household help services in a person-centered approach • Supporting beneficiaries in activities of daily living in order to preserve their autonomy and quality of life • Observing the evolution of the situation and transmitting relevant information to the team to guarantee continuity of care • Participating in interdisciplinary colloquiums and exchanges of practices • Actively contributing to teamwork and the quality of the care provided to beneficiaries Location: CMS de Rennaz Profile : • 120h health auxiliary certificate issued by the Croix-Rouge suisse or a title deemed equivalent recognized by OdASanté. • Sense of responsibility and professional ethics in the support of beneficiaries. • Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, listening, and sense of contact. • Reactivity, solution orientation, versatility, and flexibility in work organization. • Ability to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. • You share our values of transparency, equity, respect, and trust in your professional interactions. • Comfortable with IT tools (patient file management, care planning, monitoring of quality indicators). • Driver's license indispensable.
