As a Corporate Service unit, AMAG-Immobilien acts as an internal service provider with the goal of maintaining and developing the real estate holdings. In a sympathetic team under the leadership of Thomas Linder, you will manage the garage and logistics properties that are either owned or managed for third parties, a specialized area of technical operating properties. The portfolio includes 150 locations and 500 rental agreements throughout Switzerland. You don't just want to build, but want to help shape it?

What you can achieve with us ##

• Client representation: As a representative of the client side, you manage new construction and renovation projects from the idea through the feasibility study to the completion of construction
• Sustainability: In doing so, your focus is always on a sustainable life cycle of the property and the reduction of CO2 emissions
• Coordination & Quality Management: You lead external service providers such as architects, planners, GU as well as TU and always keep quality, costs and deadlines in view
• Process optimization: Thanks to your "Can Do mentality", you shape the further development of process and quality management and drive forward the object strategy and maintenance projects

What you bring with you ##

• Education and further training: (Construction) technical studies in architecture, civil engineering or building technology. Further education or experience in business administration topics and sustainable construction are your great advantage
• Project experience: At least five years of professional experience as a project manager in the planning and realization of commercial buildings, ideally as an internal client representative
• Future-oriented thinking: Your modern mindset is shown in sound project management as well as in your interest in ESG topics
• Languages: In addition to fluent German, you have good French skills
• Personality: You are an open personality who values direct exchange at eye level and enjoys taking individual responsibility. Your appearance is confident, combined with a sympathetic "persistence"
• Willingness to travel: You are ready to be on the road approximately two days per week for meetings at our locations throughout Switzerland
