General Accountant 5-month fixed-term contract 80% - Proficiency in M-FILES and WinEUR We are recruiting for a Geneva foundation recognized in a dynamic sector and in connection with numerous institutional and private actors. You will join a human-sized team within the Finance & Administration department and actively participate in the accounting management of the structure. Your responsibilities: \-Ensure the maintenance of general and analytical accounting. \-Manage supplier invoices and their allocation to the different services. \-Issue and ensure the follow-up of customer invoices as well as credit notes. \-Perform bank reconciliations and the control of sales and other products. \-Participate in budget monitoring by updating the management tools of the different departments. \-Manage the filing and administrative follow-up of the foundation's contracts. \-Collect the information necessary for the establishment of invoicing. \-Collaborate closely with the different departments in order to guarantee the reliability of financial data. Your profile: \- CFC as a commercial employee, accounting orientation, or training deemed equivalent. \- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting in Switzerland. \- Proficiency in M-Files and WinEUR \- Rigorous, autonomous, organized person, endowed with a good analytical spirit and enjoying teamwork.
