Your tasks

• Assumption of various leadership functions
• Professional nursing and care of the residents
• Management of the nursing process and implementation of primary nursing
• Application of various concepts such as Kinesthetics, Validation, Palliative care etc.
• Assumption of shift responsibility in all services
• Support and promotion of apprentices and students as well as interns

Your profile

• You have a degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH and professional experience
• The quality of nursing and care of elderly people and their relatives is close to your heart
• Leadership is something that suits you and gives you joy
• You are committed, flexible, and reliable
• You are open to new things and communication in the German language is effortless for you
