Job Description ##

As a Try & Hire Real Estate Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure complete management of real estate accounting ;
• Monitor rent payments and manage reminders in case of non-payment ;
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts for real estate properties ;
• Perform bank reconciliations and guarantee the accuracy of financial operations ;
• Collaborate with real estate managers to ensure optimal management of properties ;
• Manage invoicing and supplier payments ;
• Establish rental service charge statements (heating etc.) ;
• Participate in financial audits and provide the necessary documents.

The Successful Applicant ##

As a Try & Hire Real Estate Accountant, you have the following profile:

• Training in accounting or an equivalent financial field ;
• Proven experience in real estate accounting or financial management ;
• Excellent skills in Quorum an asset ;
• Good command of French, knowledge of another national language is an asset ;
• Rigor, ambition, organization and attention to detail ;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
