Locality Neuchâtel Médical et Social Availability Immediately Type Equal Reference 41444 Published on 16/07/2026 On behalf of one of our clients, the agency Okjob Médical in Neuchâtel is looking for Nurses in Home Care in the Neuchâtel, Vaud, Jura and Fribourg sectors Job description ### • Ensure the global care of patients at their home while respecting their autonomy and their care project. • Perform technical and relational nursing care in accordance with medical prescriptions and current protocols. • Evaluate the health status of beneficiaries and adapt care accordingly. • Collaborate with doctors, families and the various stakeholders in the care network. • Ensure transmissions and the follow-up of care files. • Participate in maintaining patients at home by promoting their well-being and quality of life. Profile ### • Nurse diploma recognized in Switzerland or benefiting from a recognition from the Swiss Red Cross (or recognition in progress). • Experience in home care is a real asset. • Driver's license indispensable. • Autonomy, sense of organization and capacity to adapt. • Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. • Good command of French, both spoken and written.
