You will ensure the management of HR processes and administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle for the areas assigned to you. HR Administration Specialist - Fixed-term contract (60-80 %) in Bulle Your tasks Ensure all personnel administration, from entry to departure of employees Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents Manage transfers as well as the update and quality of HR data in our systems Ensure announcements, follow-up and correspondence with social insurance providers Be a trusted contact person for employees and managers on HR administrative matters Collaborate closely with the Payroll team and the HR Business Partners Contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes and, as needed, to their continuous improvement Your profile Commercial training completed by training in the field of human resources (e.g., HR assistant certificate or equivalent training) Proven experience in HR administration in Switzerland Good knowledge of social insurance and the basics of Swiss labor law Comfortable with IT tools and HR systems; knowledge of Abacus is an asset Rigorous, organized and autonomous personality, with a real sense of service Interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working in a team Driver's license Fixed-term period: October/November 2026 - July 2027 The position is based in Bulle, with regular travel to Renens.
