Production Planner & AVOR Specialist (m/f/d) 100%

In this central interface function, you will take over the operative link between production planning, warehouse management, production, and quality assurance. You ensure that production orders are prepared on schedule, all required materials are available, and all production documents are processed seamlessly and in compliance with regulations (incl. Batch Record Review). In doing so, you significantly control the processes via our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You report directly to the Lead Manager Production.

Your tasks – Your chance

• Production planning & work preparation (AVOR): Planning, creation, release, and tracking of production orders in Business Central, taking into account capacities, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Master data & process maintenance: Maintenance and control of bills of materials, work plans, article and batch master data, as well as identification and processing of bottlenecks.
• Quality assurance & Batch Record Review: Complete, audit-compliant execution of Batch Record Reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, IVD, GMP).
• Material & warehouse planning: Planning and monitoring of material requirements (raw materials, components, packaging material) as well as control of warehouse movements, stock corrections, and batch traceability.
• System-side processing (ERP): Operative use of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to monitor material consumption, production postings, as well as for the opening and closing of orders.
• Interface coordination: Close and solution-oriented cooperation with the departments of Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.

Your profile – What you bring with you

• Education: Completed technical, commercial, logistical, or scientific training (e.g., biology laboratory technician, logistician, process specialist) or a corresponding university of applied sciences degree.
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in work preparation (AVOR), production planning, or production control.
• Regulatory environment: Experience working under GMP/IVD/medical technology or pharmaceutical quality standards, including sound practice in Batch Record Review.
• ERP & IT knowledge: Very good practical user knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (areas of production, bills of materials & warehouse) as well as proficient handling of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Warehouse & material management: Solid knowledge in material planning, inventory management, batch management, and seamless traceability.
• Way of working & personality: Exact, structured, and independent way of working with a high level of overview during parallel orders, as well as high quality awareness.
• Communication & team spirit: Strong communication skills as an interface person as well as enjoyment in the continuous optimization of operative processes.
• Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills.
