Your tasks

• Managing customer orders: From recording and coordination to invoicing.
• Globally networked: You prepare export customs documents and coordinate import and export processes smoothly.
• Communication talent: As the first point of contact, you support our customers and work closely with internal departments.
• Versatile support: You actively support our sales team as well as administrative areas in marketing.
• Data maintenance: You always keep our master data in the ERP system up to date.

Your profile

• Education: Completed commercial basic training.
• Experience: Ideally, you already have professional experience in internal sales and/or export processing.
• Language proficiency: Excellent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills.
• Software fit: Confident handling of common MS Office programs and experience working with ERP systems.
• Personality: You are customer-oriented, think entrepreneurially and like to tackle things independently.
