What to expect ##

In this position, within the "Equities and Indirect Real Estate" team, you are responsible for the portfolio management of the investment category indirect real estate (real estate funds, real estate shares, and real estate investment foundations). You bear responsibility for the implementation of these strategies in all mandates and represent our competencies in this area in both external and internal exchanges.

What you will achieve with us ##

You are responsible for the analysis and selection of real estate securities and create corresponding decision bases, risk assessments, and target portfolios.

Together with internal and external partners, you implement the transactions of indirect real estate investments for all portfolios of Groupe Mobiliar, its pension funds, and our funds in an optimal manner. You check the investments regarding compliance with investment guidelines, in particular ESG provisions and other regulatory and statutory foundations. The assessment and cost-efficient processing of capital increases and initial offerings is also within your area of responsibility.

What you bring with you ##

• University or FH degree (preferably focus on Finance or Real Estate) and/or corresponding further training

(CFA/AZEK, CAIA etc.) are a plus

• Several years of investment experience with indirect real estate investments as an analyst or portfolio manager
• Responsible and independent personality
• Systematic and implementation-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and English skills, French skills are a plus
