UNIMED SA, based in Ecublens, is a company specializing in the manufacture of complex parts from stainless steel tubes and wires, recognized for its expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for an Internal Technical Sales Representative with good mechanical skills and fluent English.
Your missions
As an Internal Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing the relationship with our clientele. Your main responsibilities will be:

• contract review management, including notably;

the study of new products and the negotiation of specifications with the client,
proposals for modification or alternative design,
the negotiation of product deadlines and prices,
the preparation and submission of commercial offers

• order management, including notably;

the preparation and confirmation of orders,
the launch of manufacturing orders,
the monitoring of the smooth running of the order,
management of customer complaints
preparation of logistics with a view to the shipment of orders

• regulatory questions, including notably ;

Advice and information to customers
Your profile
Technical training in mechanics (CFC polymechanic, a Federal Diploma, an ES Diploma, a HES Bachelor or a diploma deemed equivalent).
Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.
Mechanical skills and ability to understand technical drawings.
Interpersonal skills and rigor in work.
Mastery of IT tools (Excel, Access, Outlook).
Fluent English imperative (written and oral), German a plus.
