As part of the departure of the current post holder and the evolution of the Care Department's organization, driven by the arrival of a new Director of Nursing Care, we are looking for a Head Nurse Coordinator of Care Units to support this new dynamic. What will you be doing? • Pilot and optimize the organization of care activities in collaboration with management, to ensure efficient, secure, and quality care for our patients • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing Care in the strategic development of the department, as well as in the promotion and deployment of care activities in respect of institutional policy, and ensure replacement in case of absence • Promote a management culture based on trust, participation, and respect, by fostering autonomy and accountability among management and care teams (149 EPT) • Support the development of professional skills of collaborators and management, by defining the necessary training axes and plans to achieve objectives • Contribute to the budget management of the department (EPT, medical equipment, equipment) and to the piloting of risks and quality through institutional dashboards • Carry and implement projects that will respond to today's and tomorrow's challenges, as a true driver of continuous improvement in care Who will you be working with? What do we expect from you? The essentials: • HES nurse diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and higher education in management • Several years of professional and hospital practice • Confirmed experience in managing care teams and supervising management • Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its challenges • Management, organization, planning, and project management skills • Ability to federate multidisciplinary teams by promoting trust, accountability, and collaboration • Excellent communication skills • Strategic vision combined with strong proximity to field realities • Ability to develop skills, support managers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Your assets: • Experience in a care coordination or management function • Benefiting from higher education of the Master's type in nursing care management • Sense of innovation and ability to evolve practices based on the needs of teams and patients.
