Job description
We are a young, dynamic and private institution under the name Globi Kinderkrippen. We see ourselves as a network of different personalities and professionals, in which each individual makes their contribution to the well-being and development of the whole. For care, we are looking for the Globi Kinderkrippe St. Gallen from February 2027 or by arrangement for a co-educator 80% to 100%. Due to maternity cover, the workload is 100 percent from February 2027 until the end of maternity leave (late summer 2027). Subsequently, it is at 80 percent. The Globi Kinderkrippe St. Gallen offers space for infants and children from the age of 3 months until school entry. We offer 22 childcare places and work in an open concept in a large group. Your tasks:

Care work in the groups
Maintenance of active and service-oriented cooperation with the parents
Compliance with and implementation of our operating concept as well as the values of the Globi Kinderkrippen
Training of apprentices and interns
What we expect from you:

Recognized training in the field of childcare as well as professional and training experience
The child is at the center for you
Topic-related work and assessments as well as targeted support are familiar to you.
You are responsible, proactive and team spirit is important to you.
You want to help shape the nursery as well as the overall organization
You are a motivated, resilient and creative personality
