Here is what your work will be like: ## • With your technical expertise, you develop concepts to counter cyberattacks, data breaches and compliance violations, as well as in the areas of disaster recovery and business continuity management (BCM). • You are responsible for the technical implementation and operation of IT security solutions and services, in close collaboration with the project and operations organization. • You write reports on the vulnerabilities of systems and applications supported by Netrics, and you implement effective technical measures to mitigate them. • You assist in the detection, analysis and resolution of security incidents, and then write reviews and reports. • The continuous development of Netrics security-related services is part of your responsibilities. • You support the CISO office during security-related audits and in the development of Netrics-specific security standards. • You advise internal and external stakeholders on security issues and incidents, providing concrete recommendations and remaining active during regular measures such as penetration tests (PenTests). • By following security trends in the market, you contribute your fundamental understanding of relevant approaches and their implementation. What you must bring: ## • You have a degree in computer science or proven experience in the field of cybersecurity engineering. • You possess a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the areas of Windows servers, cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Entra, Defender, AZ Sentinel, AZ Sec Center) and Azure Cloud, data centers (including VMware, storage, network, Veeam, firewall) as well as workstation management. • You are able to manage multiple subjects simultaneously and you keep your calm even in stressful situations. • You are ready to invest yourself and do not hesitate to propose new ideas. • Your excellent problem-solving skills and your keen sense of design set you apart. • A very good oral and written command of German as well as good knowledge of English complete your profile.
