Service Bid and Project Manager

You will manage bid and project phases in the railway technology service business and accompany projects from the tender to implementation.

Tasks

• Support of the business development strategy for the service area
• Analysis of tender documents and participation in bidding processes
• Management of QCD optimization in cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Preparation of technical descriptions, scheduling and pricing for customers
• Definition of project goals regarding performance, planning and customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for QCDP performance and financial project results
• Determination of the project strategy including the project management plan

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering or business
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or in a comparable operational function
• German language skills at least level B2/C1
• Experience in project management processes and working in matrix organizations
• Knowledge of railway products and systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
