Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Integrated Management System Manager
Higher technical education completed by a specialization in quality management, for example TQ3 or training deemed equivalent
Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 = an asset
Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interlocutors
Experience in a comparable function, ideally within an industrial environment
Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy and ease in the monitoring and improvement of structured processes
Develop and animate the Integrated Management System (IMS) in order to support process efficiency and the continuous improvement of company practices
Ensure control of the system documentation and ensure the consistent updating of processes, procedures, instructions and associated records
Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) in order to support the continuous improvement of global performance
Plan, prepare and conduct IMS internal audits, then ensure the follow-up of findings and associated action plans
Drive preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its application within the various departments
