MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team, promote high-level professionalism and a good atmosphere of collaboration
• Ensure the correct application of instructions from Swissport, client companies, and airport authorities
• Ensure quality service in accordance with fixed goals and standards
• Demonstrate initiative, have good analytical skills
• Prepare freight shipments for palletized or bulk flights
• Enter data relating to freight processed at export and import into the Cargospot system
• Ensure loading compliance in order to guarantee flight safety and efficient service for our clientele
• Spontaneously report any irregularity to the Duty Manager
• Ensure an optimal flow of freight shipments, set priorities, and spontaneously initiate collaboration between teams

SKILLS PROFILE

• At least 2 years of experience in air freight
• Excellent knowledge of French, good notions of English
• Definitive category B driver's license
• A forklift or heavy goods vehicle license is an additional asset
• IT proficiency
• Ability to work independently and to lead a team
• Reactivity and great professional conscience
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
