The Customer Service department is looking for two MPC interns, in the following services: Customer Care • Reception, registration and packaging of watches • Establishment of invoices relating to watch repairs • Correspondence by e-mail or by telephone with customers • Welcoming customers at the reception • Taking minutes • Occasional replacements at the main reception Spare Parts Sales • Reception and processing of supply orders for international markets • Analysis of supply availability • Preparation, monitoring and control of supply shipments • Support to international markets in different languages and according to needs: technical support, complaints, etc. • Taking incoming and outgoing photos of parts sent for repair • Carrying out goods receipts and stock transfers Various administrative tasks will be given to you according to the needs of the department. You will have the chance to expand and put into practice your knowledge in one of the largest departments of the company. Profile ## Three-year training in a full-time commercial school.
