Assistant coach for the Centre de performance vaudois de gymnastique artistique féminine (60 to 80%)

L’Association Cantonale Vaudoise de Gymnastique is looking for An assistant coach for the Centre de performance vaudois de gymnastique artistique féminine (60 to 80%) Objective: Specialized gymnastics training for upcoming gymnasts at a level defined by the Fédération Suisse de Gymnastique (FSG). Tasks: • Assistance in managing the Centre de performance vaudois de gymnastique artistique féminine (CP Vaud GAF) under the directives of the Fédération Suisse de Gymnastique, the head coach of the CP Vaud GAF, and the Director of GymVaud. • Planning and conducting training sessions in collaboration with the head coach • Preparation of gymnasts for competitions and FSG framework tests • Participation in the organization of training weekends and camps • Providing substitution for the head coach if necessary • Participation in the development of GAF in the canton of Vaud • Coordination of training and implementation of technical directives within the relevant GymVaud societies • Close collaboration with the GAF coaches of the Vaudois societies. Requirements: • Coach training certificate (in Switzerland: minimum FSG Coach 2 diploma or CEP professional coach course (BTL in German) obtained or in the process of being obtained. Abroad: equivalent training. Holders of a foreign certificate must take the necessary steps to obtain equivalence) • Experience in a similar environment (performance center) • Good knowledge of the Swiss and international gymnastics scene • Interpersonal skills • Ease of communication • Autonomous, rigorous, and flexible • Stress resistance • Good command of standard IT tools (Microsoft 365) • Driver's license • European • Proficiency in French, willingness to learn another national language is a plus. Place of work: Salle du Centre Mondial du Cyclisme, Aigle (VD) and occasionally at the training sites of the societies active in GAF.
