For a renowned company in the Langenthal region, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as Head of Marketing & Sales (a) 80-100 % by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
Focus on sustainable growth, profitability and market position
Further development of sales with a focus on Food Service
Maintenance and expansion of strategic customer relationships
Opening up new markets, customers and business potentials
Optimization of sales processes and structures
Control of marketing and communication activities
Co-shaping the company development as a member of the management board
Leadership, coaching and development of up to 25 employees

Your profile:
Sound business administration training
Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for results
Sound industry knowledge in the Food & Beverage or Food Service environment
Demonstrable successes in a comparable leadership function
Strong sales and customer orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and high leadership competence
Strategic and analytical strength
Pragmatism, initiative and high implementation power
German as a native language, fluent English skills and good French skills are an advantage
