Locality Genève Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41899 Published on 12/08/2026 On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Job Description ### Quality Steps and Follow-up Coordinate and lead a continuous improvement process for existing processes and ensure their validation Handle internal, external, and customer non-conformities through root cause analysis and the implementation of curative, corrective, and preventive actions. Trigger any necessary non-conformity processing procedures Implement problem analysis and resolution methods Follow up and lead action plans following audit findings (process audits) As part of the validation of specific means (such as inspection fixtures / manufacturing fixtures), perform Repeatability and Reproducibility R&R studies Participation in the specifications for new equipment and validation of these from a quality perspective Monitor components in production (performing capability studies on critical dimensions identified during industrialization reviews) Validation and follow-up of prototypes and 0-series in relation with the Control departments, subcontractors, and Customers. Actor in the implementation and follow-up of the company's Quality indicators Customer Contact Participation in customer offer reviews for the quality aspect Management of the Customer relationship regarding quality aspects Quality Support Implementation of methodological support on Quality tools and methods Actively participate in the capitalization and dissemination of knowledge and know-how Train personnel in the use of quality tools (Non-conformity, document management, procedures) Quality Projects Participate in company projects (QRQC, 8D, 5S) Project manager and actor for the implementation of quality software Capitalize and implement tools with the aim of improving processes Profile ### • Degree in Quality or Industrial Performance (Technician, Engineer, Master/Bachelor) • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality improvement within an industrial environment, watchmaking is an asset • You have knowledge of ERP software, knowledge of SAP is an asset • Knowledge in blueprint reading, dimensional and sensory control • Good knowledge of project management and ability to lead meetings and groups • Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills • You know how to manage priorities and demonstrate reactivity, while demonstrating rigor and autonomy • Thanks to your natural leadership, you like to share your experiences and knowledge, and as a result, you participate in the development of the team Quality Improvement Officer M/F at 100% / Permanent
