Based on many years of know-how and the latest technologies, complex machines and plants are developed, built and distributed worldwide for the processing of fruits and vegetables into juices and concentrates, for the thermal concentration and vacuum drying of liquid foods, as well as for the dehydration of sludges. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a successor as Project Manager Planning and Plant Engineering (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: You are responsible for the execution of customer projects (machine and plant engineering), starting from the conclusion of the contract to commissioning at the customer's site. In doing so, compliance with cost, schedule, and quality specifications always has top priority for you. You lead the project team (matrix organization) and look after the project in all phases, jointly execute the interdisciplinary projects and are responsible for the internal and external communication with customers. Your main tasks include project planning, ensuring execution, project controlling, and coordination with the specialist and support departments. You prepare documents (PID, data sheets, specifications, EMSRT lists, and material extracts) based on the input from process engineering. You process the projects in IFS Cloud. You carry out technical clarifications with suppliers and ensure the technical project documentation. You support our sales department in the technical preparation of offers. Your qualifications This demanding activity requires higher technical education such as dipl. Techniker HF Maschinenbau, an engineering degree or Master's in the field of process engineering/mechanical engineering. Additionally, you have already gained practical experience as a project manager in plant and/or machine engineering in the food or pharmaceutical industry. You are reliable and work in a structured, proactive, and goal-oriented manner. Since our plants are used worldwide, a willingness to travel (approx. 20%) and good English skills are essential.
