Employee Milling

Wanted immediately for a temporary employment with option for a permanent employment. Employee milling/mixing 100% Special tasks: We are looking for an employee with training as a miller, baker, cook, or an MA who brings experience in food production. Packer: • Responsibility for the assigned systems • Responsibility for the correct weights and labeling of the containers • Written completion of the mill documents Filling staff: • Responsibility for filling the various production stations according to PA • Responsibility for cleaning the defined production stations according to the cleaning plan • Written completion of the PA material requisition Mixer: • Responsibility for operating the assigned mixing systems • Responsibility for correct mixing according to recipe (alternating in the team) according to mixing document - responsibility for the correct weights and labeling of the containers • Written completion of the production order documents • Responsible for the mixing area in terms of cleanliness, cleaning in and around the mixers, minor maintenance and disposal of packaging. Requirements profile: • Teamwork • Good physical constitution • Technical understanding (preparing/cleaning systems) • Personal responsibility • Independence • Hygiene Languages: • Verbal: German • Written: German
