You will look after several buildings & properties for demanding customers in a small team. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Taking over all infrastructural tasks (outdoor work, winter service, external cleaning)
• Carrying out office moves
• General caretaker and handyman work (changing light bulbs, etc.)
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Gardening/grounds maintenance
• Disposal and recycling, working on the in-house Oekihof
• Responsibility for the assigned vehicle
• Winter on-call service (Nov.-April)

You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction. Positive feedback regarding your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You also bring with you:

• Completed basic training, preferably in the field (building cleaning, facility management, logistics or similar)
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT user skills (mandatory)
• Driver's license Cat. B (mandatory) is an advantage, with trailer test
• Manual dexterity (mandatory)
• Customer-oriented, efficient, and independent way of working
• Well-groomed appearance as well as good manners
• Team player
