Your mission

For one of our clients active in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Sales Administration (ADV) Collaborator at 100% to strengthen their team. Your responsibilities - Ensure the administrative follow-up of customer orders, from entry to delivery - Prepare and follow up on offers, orders and order confirmations - Ensure the follow-up of delivery times and coordinate information with the various internal departments - Be the preferred contact for customers for administrative and commercial questions - Collaborate closely with the production, logistics, purchasing and sales teams - Ensure the update of customer data and information in the ERP - Process requests, complaints and potential customer returns - Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes

Your profile

• CFC commercial employee mandatory - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar function - Initial experience in an industrial environment is indispensable - Very good command of standard IT tools and ease with ERPs - Sense of organization, rigor and excellent priority management - Ease in contacts with customers and various internal interlocutors - Team spirit, autonomy and sense of service - Fluent French/English; knowledge of German is an asset You are organized, dynamic and wish to put your commercial experience at the service of an industrial environment?
