Job Description Reporting to the Grandes Complications Workshop Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the integral assembly, commissioning, adjustment, as well as the casing of our Grande Complication calibre. In this capacity, you will intervene in the entire realization process, from the preparation of components to the final controls, guaranteeing a level of technical and aesthetic excellence in accordance with our standards. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: • Repair and control components, verifying dimensions and aesthetics. • Assemble sub-assemblies by anticipating the constraints of major complications. • Assemble the Grande Complication movement respecting the strictest watchmaking tolerances. • Commission, adjust, and synchronize complications to ensure their perfect interaction. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical complexity. • Perform fine adjustment of the movement to guarantee performance, stability, and endurance. • Perform casing, finishing, and the final aesthetic control of exceptional pieces. • Perform functional/chronometric tests and contribute to continuous improvement with internal teams. Qualifications • Holder of a CFC in Watchmaking or a title deemed equivalent, you justify at least 8 years of experience in the field of Complications. • A good knowledge of all traditional watchmaking complications is essential, namely the chronograph, the split-seconds, the minute repeater, and the perpetual calendar. You must master the adjustment of all functions of each of these complications. • Passionate about your trade, versatile and calm, you like to work in total autonomy and are recognized for your quality work. • You have no difficulty integrating into a group. • Finally, you like to introduce your trade to our many visitors.
