Junior Consultant and Coach for Youth / Case Manager

iuventa.ch accompanies young people in educational, professional, and personal development processes. Through individual counseling, coaching, and support, we strengthen resources, open perspectives, and support our clients in achieving their goals sustainably. Additionally, we offer workshops for apprentices as well as practical and vocational trainers on various (learning-)psychological topics. Our clients include private individuals, companies from all over Switzerland, and the Disability Insurance (IV). With iuventa.ch plus, we have also expanded our offer to adults aged 25 and over. Junior Consultant and Coach for Youth / Case Manager Your future areas of responsibility at iuventa.ch include: • Educational coaching during training, with a view to successful completion (all educational levels) • ADHD coaching during training, after dropping out of training or unemployment • ASD coaching to improve the life situation of people with autism • Learning coaching for better performance at the Sek II level (vocational school, gymnasium, FMS) as well as the tertiary level (HF, FH, and university) • Professional reorientation as well as educational and job placement • Coaching during retraining, after illness or accident to support professional reintegration • Mandate management in close cooperation with our team management • Promotion and training of supra-curricular competencies of our clients • Counseling and relief for training companies and family members • Coordination between the various system members Which professional competencies do you bring for the advertised position: • With a university degree (Bachelor / Master) in social or economic sciences or an equivalent qualification, as well as function-relevant professional experience in the field of coaching or youth counseling, you are already well qualified for our meaningful activity • You bring initial teaching experience at Sekundarstufe I or II (ideally with a completed teaching diploma) • You are interested and highly motivated to familiarize yourself with the Swiss educational landscape • You are service-oriented and interested in economic contexts • You use your oral and written communication skills professionally and empathically for our clients as well as their network, and shape working relationships and cooperation in the various networks in a resource- and solution-oriented manner • You are above-average flexible, have a high willingness to perform and learn in our dynamic professional everyday life • You welcome our clients with a confident, polished, and professional appearance and a positive, resource-oriented basic attitude • You are motivated to deepen your professional and methodological expertise in the field of counseling / coaching and to complete a CAS in systemic and solution-oriented counseling What awaits you with us: You will be carefully introduced to the processes of the corporate and private counseling of iuventa.ch.
