LPP Benefits Administrator # Job description ### The Caisse Inter-Entreprises de Prévoyance Professionnelle (CIEPP), a recognized common foundation active notably in French-speaking Switzerland in the second pillar, grouping more than 10'000 companies and self-employed persons, insuring 50'000 insured persons and 6'200 pensioners. Your main activities: • Processing of providence cases (old age, disability, death); • Management and payment of exit benefits, early withdrawal for the encouragement of home ownership, certificate and payment for divorce as well as release of contributions in case of incapacity for work ; • Management of pensioners' accounts ; • Relations with insured persons, pensioners, beneficiaries and affiliates of our providence institution (correspondence, telephone, counter). Profile sought ### Your qualifications : • You have a CFC as a commercial employee/maturity or equivalent; the federal diploma in social insurance or providence is an asset ; • You possess good knowledge of social insurance, ideally in LPP or demonstrate a strong interest in this field ; • You perfectly master French both orally and in writing and are comfortable with writing ; • You possess good knowledge of English and/or German: an asset : • You are comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; Your aptitudes and skills : • You are motivated and eager to acquire new knowledge ; • You have a great capacity for learning ; • You are very organized and know how to manage priorities ; • You are fast in the execution of your tasks while demonstrating rigor and precision ; • You are able to work autonomously while cultivating team spirit ;
